The idea behind the site is to "Pay It Forward" and share the knowledge I have gathered throughout my 35+ year career. I believe this web site has summarized all the tools an concepts to be a cross Functional IT PMP,CSM, ACP, CBAP, PBA,LSS, ITIL-4 and other certifications is a single location. I have created a web site trying to allow individuals to develop their own "Cross Functional Skills" to be relevant in todays job market. My hope is you use the site and contribute in a email or with a cloud-based drive link so I can access to download information you think I am missing into this knowledge gathering effort. Currently I have about 5000 Tools, Template and PowerPoints. Most of content I have has not been posted but I am working on uploading my content on a daily basis. I estimate a 3-4 months before the site is fully functional and populated with the content I have to share. Spread the word of the site and if possible look through the tabs and let me know if you can contribute anything, PowerPoint, pdf .xls, word .ppt or MS Visio and MS Project files you might have on your home drive that you have been retaining for whatever reason on your Hardgrave that you researched and found and used from facing a real life problem in your work career. Any content works such as You Tube link, Web Site links that covers the knowledge sharing categories. I have created this site in hopes that it will help you in accomplishing your journey to become a Cross Functional Trained IT Generalist and Optimization Expert in Project, Program, Portfolio Management, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner for Agile Project Frameworks, Predictive Project Management Frameworks. I hope this consolidated information is of value to you.
